Holy Comforter Church is one of several churches and businesses that partner with Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Project to provide gifts to area children in need. Each year, on the weekend after Thanksgiving, Holy Comforter’s Angel Tree is adorned with gift tags containing the name and wishes of area children in need. The gifts are returned to the church in mid-December, and then are delivered to Salvation Army for distribution to the families on the Angel tree list.
